I am more than willing to help people help themselves through the Coppermine gallery forums (almost 1500 posts so far), but sometimes people just don't want to deal with installing or integrating.
Billing rates
I decide fees on a case by case basis – but almost always they are done on a fixed fee basis. We agree on what you want and then on a price. Typically this is a very small amount of money. Think of it as buying a pizza for a friend who helped you move, or fixed your web site.
Where does the money go toward
Pretty much toward anything I want. However, as of today (3/8/2007) 100% of proceeds have been redirected and donated toward other open source projects (OpenBSD, FSF, etc).
